Nick Jaina hosts a special hour of conversation, tea, color immersion, music, and reading from his new book SPEKTRUM. Every session is different because the guests bring their own excitement and hesitation, and the color for each hour is determined by a randomly selected card.

First Friday, May 5. The dancers will pose from 7:30-9:30PM, doors open at 7.

Harvester Arts and Fisch Haus are pleased to announce the 2020 Neighborhood Superstar: Anthony Dozier.

Fisch Haus presents a collection of short films by local and regional filmmakers, thematically centered around our resident artists, events, and programming. The showcase starts at 7PM on Saturday, February 8th, and will run about an hour. Most filmmakers and featured artists will be in attendance.

It's the 12th year of Living Statues! This is an annual family-friendly event that offers a unique and inspirational environment within which the public is invited to sketch, photograph, paint, or otherwise immortalize a group of talented Ballet Wichita dancers.

On January 31 at 7pm, the (in)famous International Superstar Boy Band will be crushing the Fisch Haus stage with an improv sesh to end all improv seshes. Be there or be sorry forever.

Fisch Bowl, the not-for-profit arm of Fisch Haus, presents a summer of events at PLATFORM, the stage in the new paved area behind the Commerce St. Art District. Stay tuned for a list of events, and follow the Commerce St.

Welcome to OpenStudios, a program that pairs empty storefronts with practicing local artists. The artists benefit from a free studio for several months, and the building owner can market an animated, more attractive space that's easier to rent!

Welcome to the 14th annual Fisch Haus Tuesday Night Jazz Series!  

In collaboration with Harvester Arts, Chamber Music at the Barn, Symphony in the Flint Hills, and the National Endowment for the Arts, Fisch Haus is pleased to present Jump!Star Sounds, an evening of out-of-the-ordinary chamber music.

A month-long live performance series featuring weekly premiere productions of contemporary plays, experimental and improv performances, and stage readings. Series begins on the first four Thursday evenings in March at 7p (Thursday, Friday, & Saturday*) with admission by a suggested donation of $10.

On February 3rd, 2018, Fisch Haus will present a selection of short films produced by Wichita filmmakers. Six films will be screened, and all filmmakers will be in attendance. The program will be roughly an hour long. All ages are welcome, but please be advised that some content may not be suitable for younger audiences.

The XX series, now in its eighth edition, is a biennial invitational exhibition series that features five different female artists each year;  every new group of participants being chosen by the previous five.  This “tag” structure should, through its natural progression, offer the Wichita community an expansive range of work, both geographically and conceptually.

Regional artist and book-maker Rachel Epp Buller presents a series of new books Final Friday, November 27, from 7-10 pm.  The exhibition runs through January 29, 2016, with a closing reception on that date, also from 7-10 pm.

In collaboration with Opera Kansas, Fisch Haus brings you a Halloween celebration of anime and opera on Final Friday, October 30th, from 7-10 pm.

Paul Smith, artistic director for Opera Kansas, has put a modern spin on the late-1880s opera “My New Maid," offering it as a parody of the popular Japanese manga comic “The Black Butler.”
